Members of Protecting and Restoring the Sacred CC joined First Nations groups calling for free, prior and informed consent to be granted when decisions are made with regard to environmental protections of the fragile BC coastline, and in opposition to Alberta Tar Sands mining and pipeline operations.

PCSW&HR Celebrates the World Interfaith Harmony Week 2012

As the UN General Assembly unanimously passed a resolution to recognize the World Interfaith Harmony Week annually during the first week of February. During the 1^st week of February 2012  PCSW&HR also celebrated the world Interfaith Harmony Week and organized various activities.

The United Nations marked World Interfaith Harmony Week February 7th at the General Assembly in New York with a special session and commemoration "Common Ground for the Common Good."

From 25-27 October, 2012, New Era Educational and Charitable Support Foundation, in collaboration with The Council for a Parliament of the World’s Religions, the United Religions Initiative, and the Jewish-Palestinian Living Room Dialogue Group, will host the 4th Annual International Conference on Youth and Interfaith Dialogue.
