The month of Ramadan is about giving , loving and feeling the needs of others. Our target this month is to draw a smile on children?s faces. As an action of love and care, the Seeds of Peace CC in cooperation with the Quested Peace CC, arranged an Iftar (Ramadan Breaking of the fast) with the students of Sheneller School in Rusaifa that is 30 minutes from Amman.

Before iftar, we spent time with the students, their teachers, and the principal and played volleyball, football and some games with the younger students.  All games were arranged for differing age groups.

The iftar was held with the students in the houses at the school where they live as families.  We were touched with the way they keep their places clean and tidy as well as how they help in arranging and preparing every meal.  They have all of their meals together in a very loving and friendly atmosphere.

Small presents were given to the students in the school hall. The students were so happy with them, and they

It was a special, loving and touching time that we all spent with these student. We gave as much as we could, and were given back just as much in those words that came from the mouths of the students. Their sincere appreciation encouraged us to work more and give more.

In peace
