Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  The third annual Regional Meeting of the URI Southeast Asia-Pacific (SEAP) Regional Trustees and leaders of Cooperation Circles took place in Kuala Lumpur (KL), Malaysia from March 14-16, 2007.

Moving forward in solidarity to build cultures of peace in the region, this was the first regional meeting held outside Manila, the seat of the regional office.
