Center for Restorative Justice and Peacemaking
Their National Restorative Justice Training Institute provides courses and seminars in restorative intervention and victim services. They are centered in Minnesota and they put on courses and programs throughout the United States. Their programs on peacebuilding include Peacemaking and Spirituality, and Peacemaker Circles in Schools and Communities courses.
CONTACT Summer Institute
The School for International Training (SIT) in Vermont holds intensive peacebuilding classes and Youth Peacebuilding Camps. Their president says, "Our vision is peace through understanding. Our mission: to help build it." They work together with the Karuna Center for Peacebuilding.
Eastern Mennonite University: Summer Peacebuilding Institute (SPI)
The conflict transformation Program of Eastern Mennonite Unitersity offers outstanding elicitive and interactive courses each year in May/June. SPI provides specialized and intensive training in peacebuilding, conflict transformation, and restorative justice. Institute and classes are in Harrisonburg, VA, USA.
Ecumenical Centre for Research, Education and Advocacy (ECREA)

Hague Appeal for Peace
Hosts major world peace conferences and stresses peace education through their global campaign for peace education and a good section of peace education sample lesson plans on their website. They are centered in New York and have many peace education programs in the United States.
Just Vision
Just
Vision is a nonprofit organization that informs local and international
audiences about under-documented Palestinian and Israeli joint civilian
efforts to resolve the conflict nonviolently. Using media and
educational tools, they raise awareness in order to encourage civic
participation in grassroots peace building.
Karuna Center for Peacebuilding
Provides education opportunities in peacebuilding in the United States in partnership with CONTACT and the School for International Training in Vermont. Programs stress dialogue and reconciliation. International program locations include Bosnia, Israel, Kosovo, and Sri Lanka.
The Listening Center
The Listening Center designs and presents programs throughout the United States and internationally. Kay Lindahl, the author of the book, The Sacred Art of Listening, conducts classes, workshops and retreats on the sacred art of listening for religious, spiritual, community and business groups. Located in Southern California, USA.
PeaceBuilders
A community based program launched in schools that shifts the entire school climate to a peaceful, productive and safe place for faculty and students. They work in many schools throughout the United States.
The Peacemaker Community
Global multi-faith organization empowering and connecting peacemakers around the world. Includes the Peacemaker Institute which trains and educates in the areas of peacemaking and social action. Focused initially on Buddhism and Judaism, and now expanding, it provides supportive practices for peace.
United States Institute of Peace (USIP)
The Unites States Institute of Peace has a mission to strengthen the nation?s capabilities to promote the peaceful resolution of international conflicts. They are an independent and non-partisan federal institution and they specialize in providing the best peace education and training.
University for Peace
The description should be: The University for Peace, chartered by the UN, is an international institution of higher education offering a Masters Degree and training programs at the main campus in Costa Rica and also in Africa and Central Asia.
West Africa Network for Peacebuilding
A regional network of peacebuilding initiatives in West Africa. They offer six programs including one on Peace and Active Nonviolence Education, Prevention Peacebuilding. The director, Samuel Doe, was trained and teaches at the Summer Peacebuilding Institute (SPI) at Eastern Mennonite University.
