Youth Ambassadors Program 2012-2013

URI is currently inviting young people in Europe, Africa Great Lakes* and North America* to apply for its 2012 Youth Ambassadors Program. Here you can download the program brochure, the Roles and Responsibilities and the Application Form.

• Are you aged between 18 and 26?
• Are you active in your local community?
• Are you willing to allocate your own time to delivering a project?
• Do you want to develop your skills so you can become an effective interfaith leader?
• Do you feel that you need more experience in order to fully realise your ideas?
• Can you work well with others, even if they have completely different views and approaches to you?
• Would you like to get more involved in a growing network of active young leaders in reaching out to other young people, helping to deliver interfaith programs in your own community and beyond?

If the answer to even a few of these questions is “yes”, then this program may be for you!

We will be rolling out the program in more regions throughout 2012 and 2013 so check this page for news!

Update: in addition to those countries already listed under Africa Great Lakes, we are now also accepting applications from Kenya.

* North America region consists of: USA and Canada. Africa Great Lakes consists of Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, Southern Sudan and Tanzania. We are also accepting applications from Kenya.
