Loving One Another: Children Come Together to Celebrate the Holidays in Lahore, Pakistan
On December 23, 2007, artists dressed
in elaborate historical costumes gathered to present the beautiful
story of Christ’s birth to an audience of Muslim and Christian children
brought from local schools in Lahore, Pakistan. The story of the
presentation focused on one particular meaningful aspect; the idea of
the Christ being the Prince of Peace, who taught that loving your
neighbor as yourself, means loving everyone, despite their religion.
This valuable lesson was at the heart of the entire program.
