Ayacucho, Peru. Greetings from Peru. This past weekend the Amaru CC in Aycucho (Peru´s Andean countryside) organized a capacity building workshop on interfaith cooperation and organic food production.

URI Bolivia organized some important activities in La Paz and Cochabamba. Moises Morales, CC La Paz coordinator, put together a program that included CC meeting of members, a public event to promote URI and a program for Catholic TV. We also went to Cochabamba where we met members of an Ecumenical circle interested in URI. The activities in La Paz where very intense due to the wide attendance and networking processes. |

Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. For the fourth year in a row, since the URI Global Assembly in Rio 2002, MIR - CC (Rio Inter-Religious Movement CC) is promoting the public event Sacred Village. It will start this Friday 19th and last until Sunday. The main theme this year is building together a Culture of Peace. |
