Our purpose is to sensitize the youth of Balaka on issues like HIV/AIDS, human rights, and environmental degradation.

Our CC mainly focuses on conducting awareness campaign meetings on the danger of HIV/AIDS. By the year 2010, we hope that most of the youths of Balaka should have civic education on issues like HIV/AIDS, human rights, environmental degradation, early marriages, etc.

Our dream is that in the year 2010, most of the young people of Balaka will have civic education on issues like HIV/AIDS, human rights, the environment, early marriages, and development issues.
