Our purpose is to serve as a space for encounter, dialogue and consensus building in action with full respect for different spiritual orientations and values of its members.
Foro Espiritual de Santiago por la Paz is an informal group of people related to institutions that work from different perspectives for the promotion of peace in social, familiar and personal areas.
We organize an Interfaith Prayer Day for the International day of Peace (September 21st). We celebrate the International Day of Peace in all schools in Chile. Because of the earthquake in the south-centre of Chile our first meeting 2010 was delayed to April 11th, but we plan to soon develop a plan for this year.
Our dream is to provide members a neutral space for getting acquainted, dialoguing and planning joint activities for peace, with full respect of their spiritual orientations.

Celebration of IDP in Chile
We are happy to tell you that the "Spiritual Forum of Santiago for Peace" (CC), based in the capital city of Chile, has organized and promoted annually since 2001 the celebration of the UN International Day of Peace in this country.
