Our vision is to provide an all-embracing community of members of all wisdom traditions in the Hudson Valley region.
We work to support interfaith dialogue in the Hudson Valley Region through a variety of multi-faith events and networking with existing religious organizations to make them aware of URI and its goals.
Our dream is to create a model of interfaith cooperation in the Hudson Valley region.

Occupy URI
We extend our support to ‘Occupy Wall Street’ and the ‘Occupy Together’ movement by standing in solidarity with our sister and brother protestors in calling for a government that is responsive to the needs of its citizenry, the establishment of a society based on economic justice and freedom of expression including public assembly.

Mid Hudson Valley CC members Betsy Stang and Linda Lauretta traveled to Florida to attend teachings and ceremony conducted by Apollinario Chile Pixtun (Tata).

Amman Visit
In my imaginings I am back in Amman, nestled safe in the Middle eastern country with thus far low key protests. I am here to facilitate a youth conference and it happens to be ‘World Interfaith Harmony Week” as initiated by King Abdullah and made official by UN declaration.
