Tigwirane Manja CC

Our purpose is to promote love and peace among the elderly, the sick and orphans living in both the rural and urban areas of Malawi through the following services:

• introducing home based care after training the caretakers
• providing the sick with general care, food, and medicine
• providing orphans with the basic necessities of food, clothing, education etc.
• building houses for elderly.

Our members are from the Chilobwe Township in Blantyre District in the southern part of Malawi. Our aim is to engage in various activities to promote love and peace among the elderly, the sick and orphans living in both rural and urban areas. It is also our desire to try and reduce the spread of HIV AIDS epidemic for better standard of living. We are determined to work together as one, which is the meaning of our CC name Tigwirane Manja.
