Our purpose is to sustain and embody the spirit of volunteerism in every heart of the youth in the city of Cebu.

The VLPC organizes activities and provides trainings to increase leadership capacity of Cebuano young leaders and to better the environment. Among our highlights in 2011: Ttree-planting at Iiloan Cebu on June 4, 2011 and a national greening program with local government at Iiloan Cebu on June 25, 2011.

Our dream is to create a volunteerism spirit that touches and empowers the heart of the youth of the world.
