URI-South India hosts annual youth camp in Kerala

Ninety URI youth from across India gathered at the Fathima Public School in Kerala, India on November 27th for a conference on “Protection of the Mother Earth: Challenges and Possibilities.” The annual youth camp was organized by the URI South India office for members of the URI India youth wing, the Interfaith Students’ Movement of India. Participants presented papers and engaged in group discussions on environmental issues. Dr. A. Ashraf Ali of Kerala University inaugurated the event, and sessions were led by a number of professors and experts. The Karickam International School provided free transportation to the camp.
