James D. Falaschi

Jim is a Partner of Jack London Square Partners and serves as the President of Transbay Holding Company, where he is in charge of property development for the firm that owns office buildings and office parks. Additionally, he serves as the President of Falaschi Improvements, where he develops industrial parks and residential housing projects in Northern California and Downtown San Leandro and is co-managing partner at Bay View Construction and Development Company that built 2,500 homes in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.

Born and raised in Oakland, he has continually devoted significant effort to the community by serving on various governmental, educational, medical, and non-profit boards, including serving as Trustee of Alameda Health System since September 2014, as Chairman of the Oakland Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of Highland Hospital, and Chairman of the Board of Holy Names College, Oakland.
