Our purpose is to fulfill our dream of a grassroots media campaign to give voice to the voiceless and attention to the healing of the world.
The purpose of the Think Peace Media and Communications CC is to establish a forum to tell the stories, News and Current Events of interfaith cooperation, efforts to end religiously motivated violence, and the ideas, solutions and wisdom of those who are creating cultures of peace, justice and healing for the earth and its inhabitants.
Our dream is to tell the stories of peace in action and to utilize the powerful tools of all media to share these stories with the world. We envision developing this power storytelling outlet and forum through the gifts, talents, wisdom and creativity of the journalist/storytelling/media community already in URI. We hope to create a network of communication whereby we can increase the awareness of and ability to report on events all over the URI globe in an efficient and timely manner with the widest possible dissemination for all CCs. Our hope is to create a curriculum that can be used throughout the URI.
