2026–2030 Global Council Trustee for Asia
Reni K Jacob is a lawyer and social work professional based in Kerala, India, and has been active with URI for the past decade through the Sauhrida Vedi Thuruthicadu Cooperation Circle.
He holds degrees in social work and law from Kerala University, a Bachelor of Divinity from Serampore University, MS in pastoral sociology from the Philippines and an MBA from Eastern University in the United States.
Over a four-decade career, he held advocacy and peace-building leadership roles at World Vision India and later served as Director of Partnerships and Government Relations at International Justice Mission.
He is a founding trustee of the National Coalition for Education in Delhi, Trustee of URI India, and the author of nine books on human rights and social work, bringing legal and fiduciary expertise to the Global Council.
