Sabina Sekai Taderera is a Zimbabwean-born peacebuilder and human rights advocate based in South Africa, representing the Angel's Nest Southern Africa Cooperation Circle, which she founded in 2016.
Drawing on her own experience of displacement, she has focused her work on advancing human rights, climate action, and peace and security for refugee, migrant, and displaced communities.
She holds a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Cape Town and an African Civic Engagement Certificate from the University of Georgia. She is a trained trainer and has extensive training in mediation, facilitation, conflict analysis, and management through ACCORD.
In 2024, she co-founded the Southern Africa Network for Immigrants and Refugees with a vision of creating a unified and inclusive society where migrants and refugees are empowered, protected, and their rights are upheld.
