The target group was rural women with limited or no access to financial resources, some illiterate, 19 to 60 years old.

Nov 28, 2017. Following a recent historic regional leadership gathering and looking ahead to 2018, I want to share with you some exciting developments for our region of URI.  

United Religions Initiative India’s 8th National Assembly was successfully held in Ajmer, Rajasthan, in the URI West India region.

It became clear that–even in polarized and heated constellations–a focus on commonalities, respect and empathy can create meaningful dialogue and connection.

This program included 35 women from a village 25 km from Faisalabad, Pakistan, where there are many victims of domestic violence among the women.

Bridge Builders, a URI Cooperation Circle in Buenos Aires, Argentina, practices Appreciative Inquiry interviews.

URI began by engaging people in conversations as they sat in circles.
