Bond for Community Development Cooperation Circle is a diverse network of Syrians working to advance peace, human rights, democratic participation, and social cohesion across Syria. Bringing together Arabs and Kurds, as well as Christians and Muslims from Sunni, Alawite, Ismaili, and Druze traditions, the group creates inclusive spaces where communities can build trust, strengthen civic engagement, and work toward a more just and peaceful society.

Its work combines capacity building with practical action, including community dialogues, peace convoys, cultural events, national solidarity campaigns, and documentation initiatives that preserve collective memory and promote justice. The group also supports Syrian youth through an international scholarship mentoring network that has connected participants across regions while opening new educational opportunities.

Guided by the values of inclusion, dialogue, accountability, and collaboration, Bond for Community Development CC works to strengthen relationships across diverse communities and empower local leadership. The Cooperation Circle equips youth, women, community leaders, and civil society organizations through training in peacebuilding, conflict analysis, civic leadership, digital safety, and community initiative design.
