Faith Communities Go Green - FCGG is a volunteer run organization with three working groups dedicated to fostering the moral and spiritual connections of religion and the environment. The three working groups are Advocacy, Education/lifestyles and Facilities Members conduct webinars, in person meetings, help congregations create Green Teams. They work with houses of worship to help them make their building energy efficient through the Energy Efficiency Initiative. The three working groups are Advocacy, Education/lifestyles and Facilities FCGG's established working groups and initiatives, such as their Energy Efficiency Initiative, demonstrate their capacity for impactful, systemic change. Their commitment to knowledge-sharing through toolkits, webinars, and community engagement offers immense value to URI's global network
