Farmers Support and Capacity Building holds awareness meetings and encourages planting of trees. Members organize leadership meetings with chiefs and support the establishment of groups to share common values in business. They protect the environment by promoting climate smart agriculture concepts, promoting gender transformative agriculture approaches, helping farmers to find an alternative crop to tobacco and linking the products with the buyers after adding value.
