Ten different religions and African traditions are represented in this Cooperation Circle (CC), which aims to promote interreligious peaceful co-existence. Members organize interreligious seminars and collaborate with other NGOs on health, youth and education programs. Together, members carry out the objectives of the Millennium Development Goals (MDG). After seven years of preparatory work, Religion Pour La Paix officially launched on August 3rd, 2007. Since then, this CC has carried out many activities, including its registration with the Ministry of Interior and agreement with the ministry in charge of NGOs and religious institutions. This CC focuses on interfaith dialogue, peacebuilding, women and youth ages 18 to 30.
