Sambodh is a testament to dedication and transformative change. Led by its founder, Fehmida, the journey began with her dedicated work at Saath before she established the organization. Trained as a clinical psychologist, Fehmida found herself drawn to the world of underprivileged education. Sambodh embarked on its mission in Vatva, in 2007, focusing on 20 key areas comprising around 150 households each. The Sarjan Mahila programme launched with just 47 women, building a platform for financial independence.
