URI Balangoda Cooperation Circle brings together Buddhists, Christians, Hindus, and Muslims to foster peace, mutual respect, and social harmony in Sri Lanka’s multi-religious community. The group focuses on developing young leaders through education camps, leadership training, cultural and arts programs, exposure visits, and drug prevention programs.
By creating equal opportunities for students from different faith backgrounds to learn, serve, and celebrate together, the organization promotes understanding across religious communities while equipping young people with the skills, confidence, and values needed for responsible leadership. Their work also includes child safeguarding awareness, interfaith arts camps, and community engagement that strengthens trust and cooperation among diverse groups.
URI Balangoda CC seeks to expand interfaith dialogue, collaborate with communities around the world, and inspire the next generation to become compassionate leaders working for peace, inclusion, and sustainable social development.
