Carrier Building Workshop for Female Youth by PCSW&HR

Pakistan Council for Social Welfare & Human Rights (PCSW&HR) is executing the project “Economic Empowerment of Women through vocational, life skills, cultivation for kitchen gardening and Computer training” at Rawalakot AJ&K with the collaboration of its counterpart OBOS_Caritas Seoul Korea. PCSW&HR organized the carrier building workshop for the learners of computer literacy centre at Khaigala. Mr. Muhammad Ijaz Noori participated as chief guest in the carrier building workshop.  Various short & long term courses are being offered at this computer literacy centre Khaigala. The purpose of this carrier building workshop to orientate the successful learners of computer literacy centre that how they can plan their future carrier in the various sectors or fields etc. influential of the area, journalists, educationists and female learners participated in the workshop.

While addressing during the carrier building workshop Mr. Noori said that for sustainable development and real freedom we would have to see off the all international financial institutions including IMF & World Bank and have to depend on our natural resources and men power. These financial institutions are influencing the policies of Pakistan which may cause harmful for the public of Pakistan. He urged the youth that they should properly utilize their knowledge and education for the development of nation and they can only utilize their modern knowledge & education if they do proper future planning. He further said that participation of youth in the democratic system will make Pakistan stronger and also strengthen the democracy.

 During the workshop Mr. Noori also highlighted the following aspects of Career Counseling.

• Introduction to Career Counseling

• Career assessment

• Entrepreneurship

• Job search and placement.
