Elianildo Nacimiento, primary contact of CC Brasilia, and members of the Brasilia's National Council of Christian Churches, gather for the XVI General Assembly of the National Council of Christian Churches at the Cultural Center of Brazilia, Brazil.

The National Council of Christian Churches (Consejo Nacional de Iglesias Cristianas - CONIC) is the largest ecumenical group in Brazil. It is also one of the more ancient ones, with 33 years of life. One of this meeting’s agreements was to work against Christian fundamentalisms and to promote interreligious dialogue. Both issues were lead by URI Cooperation Circle representatives.
