URI Stories of Impact

In URI Latin America the CCS say YES to the #desarmenuclear and it is a good opportunity to honor Bishop William Swing in his fight for a world free of nuclear weapons. Regarding the NPT, URI Latin America has a firm position, in which the CCs call for nuclear disarmament.

Parents' mindset and engagement in the education of their children are paramount. Peace4Dalits Foundation CC has formed a parent's association to promote education among the Musahar community in Nepal. 

Peace education can be one of the initiators of changes in society, and changes in society are necessary for a society to progress. Youth for Peace Cooperation Circle organized a workshop on peace education. 

Cultural Infusion Cooperation Circle in Australia is keeping alive the history, traditions, and culture of the indigenous Aboriginals through storytelling.
