URI Stories of Impact

At a time in which racism, violence, bullying, and hate tend to be regular news stories, Camp Anytown Las Vegas is working to create a culture of understanding and respect among future community leaders. 

Cooperation Circles across the United States celebrated and carried on Martin Luther King, Jr.'s legacy on and around January 18, the day set aside in the US to commemorate MLK. 

Although the International Day of Eradication of Poverty, this was the first time our organization took the lead in it.

As we begin the spring semester of 2016, the members of Sun Devils Are Better Together are reflecting back on an amazing year of interfaith cooperation at Arizona State University.

URI Bangladesh held a day-long River Cruise on Ostrich Ship with over 200 URI family members attending from 36 Cooperation Circles, including proposed CCs.

URI Australia is partnering with Western Suburbs of Melbourne - the Brimbank Maribyrnong Interfaith Network - for "World Interfaith Harmony Week: Connecting to the Earth" with Regional Coordinator Nivy Balachandran as keynote speaker.

Our time in Zagreb was a great success. We used the chance to promote interfaith peace and understanding in many good ways.
