Udayan Care an India based NGO working for Orphaned and abandoned children organized a Seminar on Institutionalised Children Standards of Care and Mental Health at Amity University Noida – New Delhi India from 14 -15 March 2014 with the collaboration of different multinational companies. Around 100 of delegates from SAARC countries including Pakistan and others countries in which Australia, UK participated in the seminar. A three member’s delegation of Pakistan Council for Social Welfare & Human Rights (PCSW&HR) headed by Mr. Muhammad Ijaz Noori Chairman PCSW&HR also participated in the said seminar. Mr. Tahir Mehmood Hundli Advocate Ex- Member Provincial Assembly Punjab and Mr. Mansoor Ahmed Executive Director PCSW&HR were also part of PCSW&HR delegation who participated in the seminar at Amity University Noida New Delhi India.

On March 22^nd, more than 300 attendees, including interfaith community leaders and key local philanthropists, gathered at the Four Seasons’ Grand Ballroom for United Religions Initiative’s (URI) annual Circles of Light gala and fundraising event.

We are creating history here in this Pearl of the Indian Ocean in Sri Lanka, where the first URI National Assembly was inaugurated just days ago.

FACIS yesterday in its on-going support to empower girl child visited Government Girls Unity College, in Bauchi metropolis where it supported the GGUC Environmental club for its annual work plan development. 

Exactly one year ago today, during our Global Council and Global Staff meeting in San Francisco, we received the news that our Argentine Cardinal had been elected Pope.
