After the Parliament of World Religions took place in Melbourne 2009, which also had a good URI presence, I was asked to participate in a publishing project by the Monash University of Melbourne to write a short reflection and on the role of Youth in interfaith peacebuilding.

As I write this opinion piece, it is still not clear how many people have died as a result of the Israeli commando raid on the Free Gaza flotilla carrying aid supplies for blockaded Palestinians.
