Athankoattasan brings together Muslims, Christians, and Hindus to foster interfaith harmony and build healthier, more peaceful communities. The group creates opportunities for people of different faiths to connect, learn from one another, and work together toward greater tolerance, mutual respect, and social wellbeing.
Its activities include interfaith awareness programs, community health and education initiatives, traditional medicine awareness, herbal planting, tree planting, and green ecology campaigns. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the group brought people from different faith communities together for relief efforts and preventive measures, demonstrating the power of collective action in times of crisis.
