Integrated Rural Development Society (IRDS) works with rural communities to build resilient, self-sustaining economies that support livelihoods while protecting the environment. The group partners with farmers and Farmer Producer Organizations to promote regenerative and climate-conscious practices such as agroforestry, biochar production, and solar-powered technologies, while strengthening market access and reducing food waste through improved infrastructure. IRDS is a registered non-profit based in Pune, Maharashtra. Since 2022, the Cooperation Circle has worked tirelessly in the field, not just in offices, bringing real change to the lives of underprivileged rural families. Its approach is to trust the community, involve them in every decision, and build programs that outlast our involvement.
