Global Compassion Donating Face Masks to Villagers at Risk

Two URI member groups are making face masks to help community members in need in Cameroon and Sri Lanka.

Global Compassion reports:

Do you know we are producing face masks locally these days to donate to villagers?

As part of our response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are preparing to donate hundreds of masks to villagers who need to keep going to the market and are at daily risk for potential contamination by the virus.

Face masks are good for protection, especially for people in the village going to the market and walking in the streets on a daily basis, as the total lockdown is not yet implemented in Cameroon.

Help us to produce as many masks as possible for the villagers; Any pledge of money to this fundraiser can make a few masks for the needy.

We will distribute for free those masks produced locally to adults and children as well.
