The URI Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Regional Coordinator and the founder of Desert Bloom Cooperation Circle (a URI member group) participated in “Volunteers as Agents for Peace.”

Sabina Rifat, a longtime URI member in Pakistan, shares a story from attending and speaking at a program for women in rural Mangla.

It was a very great program, as the participants were 80% women, which was a surprise in such a remote area.
