URI Stories of Impact

Sixteen young people from different cities and religious traditions, ages 11 to 15, came together in Stara Zagora, Southern Bulgaria for a youth camp hosted by URI Cooperation Circle BRIDGES.

With news of violence done in the name of Islam flooding media, it is important that the URI community is equipped with accurate information and that we benefit from hearing the voices of Muslims within the URI community.

Welcome, Contemplative Life, to the Multiregion! 

URI Sri Lanka gathers youth together for training skills building and networking, so that they can work more effectively in their own community.

From birth, I have been one of the many women who have dealt with these kinds of issues. Ever since I was a little girl, I have been told not to walk alone at nighttime. Today women are facing those problems. At least I am also proud to be a girl.

URI West India Cooperation Circles (CCs), along with members of other interfaith groups, celebrated the 17th Anniversary of URI.

Hand in Hand organized an Interfaith Iftar Party on Wednesday, June 21, 2017.

URI Pakistan celebrated a wonderful and beautiful program of URI’s 17th birthday on 3rd July, 2017 with Cooperation Circle coordinators at Peace Center Lahore-Pakistan.

Jul 18, 2017. On August 13 Multiregion CC Hope in Life hosts an interfaith event in which Hindus and Muslims are brought together under one roof, linked together through Kazi Nazrul Islam's poetic compositions and Tagore's verses.
