UN Women Executive Director Michelle Bachelet celebrated the organization’s first year with a call for greater political and economic participation by women worldwide.

Dear friends, the world is passing through the worst period of its history.

Young leaders from six  countries – Egypt, England, Jordan, Lebanon, Spain and Turkey – gathered in Ankara, Turkey for six days of training as peer educators in an event co-sponsored by the Quested Peace CC. 

CBS television will air “What They Believe: Hindus, Zoroastrians, Bahá’ís" on Sunday, April 15.

CC Approval Committee met once again and approved two applicant groups. They are now part of our global community. Join us in welcoming them!

The Rev. Dr. Amos Brown brought the message – and the spirit – of legendary civil rights leader Martin Luther King, Jr. to a prayer breakfast in the San Francisco Bay Area.
