United Religions Initiative-Africa is delighted with the good news of the end of the war between Ethiopia and Eritrea, and highly commends the signing of the Joint Declaration of Peace and Friendship on 9 July 2018 by the governments of the two countries.

Launching Leaders Co-Founder Steve Hitz has created an insightful Op-Ed article discussing a positive approach to engaging younger generations of leaders.

The Ullambana, or Ghost Festival (also known as Zhongyuan Jie, Gui Jie, or Yulan) is a traditional Buddhist and Taoist festival held to honor beloved ancestors who have passed away.

Every September 21, on the United Nations International Day of Peace, local pizza shops give all the proceeds from their slices to charity. It's "A Piece of Pizza for Peace!"
