Muslim, Druze, Christian, and Jewish women shared stories, traditions, and food on the Jewish holiday of Succot.

To celebrate Golden Rule Day on April 7, 2018, Somalian experts, civic leaders, and youth gathered for an event focused on the role of youth in community development.

The organizations share a commitment to protecting and affirming the rights of women and children worldwide.

This workshop was particularly centered around gender-sensitization. It was conducted for 35 school students who belong to the underprivileged background of our society. 

Safer Internet Day 2018 was celebrated in three states of Nigeria on 6 February, with the theme of "Create, Connect and Share Respect: A Better Internet Starts With You."

When the Right Rev. William E. Swing was chosen as one of six finalists for the San Francisco Chronicle 2018 Visionary of the Year, the worldwide URI community sent messages, photos, and video recordings of themselves congratulating him on the well-earned honor.

The objective of the training is to promote a political culture of forgiveness and reconciliation.

On behalf of the Global Golden Rule Day celebration, the United Religions Initiative Somalia Cooperation Circle Trustee Council met with Mr. Abdullahi Mohamed Shirwa, who is the chairman of the Mogadishu-based peace advocacy group Somali Peace Line and former chairperson of the Somalia South-Central Non-state Actors.
